I now have three Bialettis, the Bialetti Cuor Di Moka, the usual Moka pot (no gimmicks) and this one. Of the three, that is my least favorite. I to find it unpredictable, with some brew being virtually exactly like the basic version with little or no crema, different times crema that does not closing long, and some time having hot espresso shoot out the spout in every single location the counter.

I'm relatively in line with my grind and heat source, so I can't give a proof for the large variety of outcomes.
